One on One for College Students

  • You love the freedom of being able to decide what you do each day between classes but don’t feel productive with how you use your time and the pressure is building


Discovery Session 

Our initial 2-hour session is designed to help me fully understand your life as a student. We will use your completed Welcome Packet to guide our conversation so by the end of the session, I can better understand those areas of challenge that brought you here, as well as what comes easily for you. As a result, we’ll be on the same page and better able to know where to focus our efforts. I learn about your top priority areas for coaching support and together we identify key personal and academic goals.

Individual Coaching

Each month, we will have scheduled 4 – 30-minute phone coaching sessions. These sessions are designed to focus on your goals and to move you closer to them. We will use every minute to examine the challenge, clarify your goals, identify possibilities and choose tools and strategies to end the struggle. At the end of each session, you will know where you will focus for the week.

Between call check-ins can take the form of texts, emails, or voicemails and are available for you any time. These check-ins help keep the action steps you are taking fresh in your mind and keep our dialogue going throughout the week. Rather than waiting until the night before your next coaching call to do that thing you wanted to do, it supports your momentum along the way. I respond to all texts, emails and voicemails to help troubleshoot a challenge, offer another perspective, celebrate a success and generally provide support along the way.

Step 3. At the scheduled time of your consult, we’ll consult! We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re a perfect fit before you commit.

Step 4. Then we’ll get started. If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.
